ROSE ASSOCIATES DOESN'T WANT US TO SEE THIS: NYC Buildings Cost Affidavit: $652,469.00

Rose Associates, the property manager, doesn't want us to see this. This morning it was ripped off the mailroom wall.

  The MCI rent increase of $77.74 per room is based on "OWNER'S CLAIMED COST" OF $1,135,313.50.

However, the cost affidavit, certified under penalty of perjury, says it cost $652,469.00.

No mention of a consultant.
